We have been visiting sunny Orlando for many years with our 4 young sons.

Now that we are blessed with 7 grandchildren it was the perfect time to buy a property in our favourite holiday destination. The whole villa is let out and we hope that you too will enjoy magical sunshine holidays in our beautiful second home.

The Villa

This stunning family villa is located in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Solterra Resort. It has a south facing extended pool complete with waterfalls, covered lanai and far reaching views across farm pastures with an abundance of wildlife to enjoy (early morning sunrises are magical!)

Cocoa beach, Daytona beach and Kennedy Space Centre are all just a 1.5 hour drive away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) 35 minutes away.

This home sleeps 14 comfortably and has a spacious 3600 sq foot of accommodation that has been professionally designed with beautiful furniture and many design features.

This family villa is located in the new development of Solterra Resort, set amongst fields and lakes but conveniently only a few minutes drive from Interstate 4 with easy access to Orlando’s Theme Parks and Shopping Outlets.

There are nearby Publix and Aldi supermarkets and many restaurants as well as an IMAX movie theatre and many other stores at Posner Park just 8 minutes drive away.

Solterra does not have a daily resort fee and you can enjoy unlimited free access to all of the resort. There is a huge heated pool which comes complete with large slide and lazy river including a Tiki bar and grill where you can enjoy lazy days in the sun. There is a well equipped fitness room as well as a state of the art Clubhouse. Tennis and volleyball courts are available to use and there are two designated children’s play areas.
